At one year of age, the treated puppies were found to have spondylosis significantly less (only 25% were found to have it on imaging) than the the control puppies (46.5% had it on imaging). This implies that veterinary chiropractic treatment may successfully reduce the probably of young boxers acquiring spondylosis.
