Joy! Joy! Joy! That’s this time of year…for most of us. For some it is a pain in the neck. We’re|We are here to help! (3) A review of published studies on the effectiveness of manual therapy for chronic neck pain, described as a safe and less painful method to lessen chronic neck pain, concluded that manipulative therapy lowers the degree of chronic neck pain and neck disability. A new study wrote that chiropractors do not recommend continued care except for certain types of neck pain patients: only 39% of patients were proposed to continue care beyond 4 weeks with long duration of neck pain being the most commong guide for continued care.
